Donald C. and Helene Marienthal McCabe Scholarship AvailableThe Donald C. and Helene Marienthal McCabe Charitable Foundation is offering scholarship funds for students in Bay, Midland, and Saginaw Counties who plan to attend Delta College or Saginaw Valley State University. Scholarship preference will be given to those of Jewish and/or Presbyterian faiths; however, needy students will also be considered, regardless of their religion. Bay City Electric Offers Two $1,000 Scholarships Bay City Electric is hosting the "Energy Smart in ACTion - Video Scholarship Contest 2013." For this contest, high school seniors and current college students should submit a video that promotes energy-saving habits.
